General terms for the purchase and use of HOSTRAY NETWORK services.
These Terms of Service apply to web hosting, domain registration, business email, managed server and related services supplied by HOSTRAY NETWORK (003823554-P). A quotation, order form or service-specific agreement may include additional terms. If there is a conflict, the signed or accepted service-specific document will apply to that service.
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and technical information and keep it current. The person placing an order confirms that they are authorised to act for the named customer or organisation.
Activation may depend on payment confirmation, domain availability, identity or ownership checks, technical compatibility and receipt of required information. Delivery dates are estimates unless a written quotation states otherwise.
Fees, billing cycle, taxes, renewal dates and payment methods are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Services may be suspended after overdue notice if payment remains outstanding. Domain and third-party fees may change at renewal.
Services must not be used for unlawful activity, malware, phishing, unsolicited bulk messaging, unauthorised access, infringement, abusive content or activity that threatens the security or availability of our systems or other customers. We may restrict or suspend affected services when reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems or comply with legal requirements.
Customers are responsible for their website content, application code, licences, passwords, end-user activity and lawful collection of personal information. Customers should maintain independent copies of critical data unless a written agreement expressly assigns backup responsibility to HOSTRAY NETWORK.
Domain registration is subject to availability and the rules of the relevant registry or registrar. Third-party software, networks and platforms remain subject to their own terms, availability and lifecycle decisions.
We may perform maintenance, security updates or emergency work that affects availability. Customers must use strong credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely free from security risk.
Either party may end a service according to the notice or minimum-term requirements in the applicable quotation. We may suspend or terminate a service for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use or urgent security risk, subject to applicable law.
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Any specific service credit, liability limit or remedy will be governed by the accepted quotation, service agreement or applicable law.
We may update these terms for operational, legal or service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Questions may be sent to info@hostray.com.my.
